- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.

- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee repairs to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and manage budgets for property expenses, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Maintain accurate records of leases, tenant communications, and financial transactions.
- Enforce lease agreements and handle evictions when necessary in accordance with local laws.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for property improvements and maintenance services.
**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with tenants, staff, and vendors.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local housing regulations and laws related to property management.
- Ability to resolve conflicts effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues before they escalate.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management within the property management sector is preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00-$93,397.34 per year
