As part our of our goals for growth we are looking for a detailed and motivated person to fill the **Sales Support **role.

**About the Role**:
This role involves supporting our sales reps to grow and achieve our sales objectives. You will work closely with our sales team to drive the growth and success of Sterling. You will also be collaborating with all department to respond to our customers. We're a family business with big goals, where everybody is involved and teamwork is key to execution. There is no place for bureaucracy and egos.

What you will do:
- Creating quotations and project costings & estimates in QuickBooks
- Sales support & customer service duties
- Face to face discussions with customers
- Preparation of orders & verification of inventory for scheduling
- Co-ordination with sales reps to design and present layouts to address customers objectives
Your Experience:
- Post secondary education in business or finance
- Strong Excel skills
- Have worked in a customer facing role in the past
- Hands on automotive experience
- Hands on experience with electrical 12V & 120V
- CAD or other design knowledge
Hours of Work: 7 am-4:30 pm, or 7 am - 3:30 pm
