Track and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline status within the CRM system. Collaborate with the Operations to report key information regarding new and returning business to ensure seamless service implementation. Qualification Experience Demonstrated knowledge of common office software, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to independently manage a large territory and prioritize daily tasks. High level of professional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications (Assets) Experience in B2B (business‑to‑business) inside sales or tele‑sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Post‑secondary education in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Familiarity with the transportation, logistics, or freight industry.
