The Opportunity

Reporting to the Sales Leadership team, the Inside Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting national accounts, managing order flow, and assisting with day-to-day sales operations. While primarily office-based, the role includes meaningful interaction with customers and internal teams and offers exposure to account management and sales growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the sales team with order entry, pricing, product availability, and customer inquiries
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Coordinate closely with operations, logistics, and inventory teams to support order fulfillment
- Assist with sales reporting, account documentation, and CRM updates
- Help prepare quotes, sales materials, and internal documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal sales processes and customer experience
