**Position Overview**:As the Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that revenue and targets are met quarterly and annually while overseeing the seamless daily operations of our clinics. You will lead and mentor a team of 50 healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality services while upholding regulatory standards and protocols. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional medical services to our patients.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Coach and mentor counsellors different techniques.
- Provide effective clinical and administrative leadership, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide updates, and address issues or concerns.
- Ensure the team meets and exceeds targets.
- Support staff development through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and evaluate staff Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing regular feedback for growth and development.
- Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and implement improvements to enhance the patient experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to encourage patient revisits and foster long-term relationships.
- Create and manage programs to encourage repeat visits and ongoing patient engagement.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement and growth opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven expertise in sales
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle for travel within the Greater Toronto Area (all three sites).
**Education**:Post Secondary
**Experience**:Sales: 2 years (preferred)B2C: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: Location specific Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
