Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales / Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various office software and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support, assist with sales affairs including customer service inquiries, providing information, and other related tasks.
  • Liaising with clients, vendors, and internal staff to relay information, support business operations

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • 1 Year experience as an SALES / office assistant is preferred.
  • Previous B2B / International trading / SCM background is preferred but not required.
  • Flexible thinking, strong communication skills with attention to detail, ability to multitask effectively while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

  • Office Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
