Here at Vanity Sense, we take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, and we are actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with flexible availability to join our team As a Showroom Sales Assistant/Keyholder, you play a crucial role in guiding customers through their purchase journey, providing insightful product recommendations, and managing administrative tasks associated with orders. Please note that while we specialize in selling vanities, knowledge of vanities is not required, as paid training is provided, though it is considered an asset

Your responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, maintaining a visually appealing store, and fostering meaningful connections with both new and existing clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provides an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return.
- Displays product knowledge and customer experience skills.
- Provides leadership support and help run the store when managers are away.
- Understands store sales plan and company sales goals and helps drive sales by increasing key performance indicators.
- Covers the sales floor zone and ensures that assigned areas are up to visual standards.
- Assists in the opening and closing of the store.
- Ensuring the showroom is clean - includes sweeping, mopping, wiping down product.
- Welcome and greet customers, managing point-of-sales transactions, and using product knowledge.
- Supports the maintenance and organization of inventory.
- Cultivate relationships with clients by promptly addressing inquiries and providing relevant information, pricing, samples, and general assistance.
- Undertake all duties associated with the position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Concord, ON L4K 3P2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)
