**Job Summary**
The Assistant to the Management shall support or takeover responsibilities in dedicated business processes, procedures and tasks in the areas of:

**Responsibilities & Support**
- Planning, organizing, preparing marketing campaigns, relevant events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Oversee the maintenance of our website, social media campaigns and ongoing management of social media and content update (training will be provided) and coordinate external service providers
- Sales support
- Customer quotation for equipment, service and parts sales o Market intelligence o Prepare, schedule, coordinate and oversee the production and delivery of all marketing materials o Tracking and reporting of key performance indicators of marketing and sales initiatives to ensure continued growth
- Assist accounting department o Monthly Credit card reconciliation o A/R follow up and collection
- Logistics o Shipping of equipment and parts o Maintaining inventory records and quarterly reconciliation

- Duties as noted above are intended as representation of the role, other duties may be required.

- University / College degree or equivalent work experience in economics or a related field
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate; both verbally and in writing
- Hands-on experience with search engine optimization, marketing mix or other social media initiatives is an add-on
- Knowledge of reporting and analysing methods
- Project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn new topics, processes and implement them in daily routines at work
- Organized and structured work ethics
- Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable
- Ability to work independently, with mínimal supervision in a team environment
- Adheres to all company policies, adoption and / or changes to policies
**Working Conditions**
- Must be willing and able to travel if needed (may include marketing presentations and support for events)
- Participate in internal and external company functions as required, which may vary from regular business hours
- Required to support other operational departments
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals

**Salary**: $50,000
