**The Role**

We are looking for an **Executive Assistant** to support the President & CEO of the company. Your responsibilities will include preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, scheduling, setting up travel arrangements, and taking notes at meetings. You will also perform other duties, such as conducting research, running reports, and handling information requests.

**Objectives of the Role**
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members, clients, partner and suppliers
- Manage CEO’s schedule with meetings, appointments and travel
- Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, such as corporate planning meetings, fund-raising events and staff appreciation events
- Attend meetings, take notes and provide accurate task lists to stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data as needed
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls to the proper department, and provide basic company information
- Some travel as/when needed
- Always uphold and maintain a strict level of confidentiality
- Take memos, maintain files, and organize, photocopy, and collate documents as needed

**Skills & Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting to a C Suite role
- Impeccable English written and verbal communication skills
- Advance with Microsoft Office skills _(Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)_
- Experience scheduling appointments and updating calendars
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
- Exceptional interpersonal and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- HR and Benefit Plan Administration experience would be a significant asset.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
