Executive Assistant

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage CEO calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Assist in organizing meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Act as the point of contact between CEO and internal/external clients
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Outlook Calendar
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience with front desk operations and clerical duties
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Accurate data entry capabilities for maintaining records
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
**Experience**:
- Executive assistant: 3 years (required)
