**About ZAZA**

**Overview of the Barista/All Rounder Role**

The Barista/All Rounder is responsible for preparing all café beverages in a timely manner and at the highest quality to meet our standards and café guest's expectations. As a member of our team, you will have a direct impact on our success and customer satisfaction by:
Providing excellent customer service.

Preparing and serving all coffee and other beverages.

Being knowledgeable and passionate about selling our menu items and products.

Assisting with setup, cleanup, stock work (lift up to 40-50lbs)and handling of food items.

Accurately inputting orders through POS system.

Receiving and handling café guest payments.

Maintaining cleanliness and sanitizing work areas throughout the shift.

Supporting other team members in their tasks when required.

**Qualifications and skills**:
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with café guests and team members.

Talent for handcrafting delicious coffee and espresso-based beverages as well as teas, and other beverages.

Confidence and drive to ensure every interaction with café guests and team members result in positive outcomes.

Be willing to learn and become part of the team and have a desire to add value

Ability to execute and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask when required.

Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.

Minimum 6 months experience in a barista role preferred.

Ability to work early mornings, days, evenings and weekends as business requires.

Food Handlers Certificate an asset but not required.

Full and Part-time positions available. Hourly rate is competitive based on the applicant’s experience.
