**What You’ll Do (aka: your playground)**:
**Lead Like a Boss**:
Set the vision. Create the vibes. Build something epic. You'll drive strategy, set goals, and help grow our brands—while staying true to our eco-roots.

**Run the Show**:
Keep everything running like a well-pulled shot. That means overseeing inventory, ordering, scheduling, staffing, and making sure the place runs smooth.

**Grow the Team**:
Hire, train, inspire, and lead an amazing crew. Your team will be known for being the most knowledgeable, kind, and badass bunch in town.

**Own the Numbers**:
Understand the P&L, manage budgets, and look for ways to maximize profits (and therefore, your bonus ). Track the wins. Adjust when needed.

**Be the Hype Machine**:
Help execute our digital marketing game and build buzz. Collaborate on promotions, campaigns, and ways to keep our community engaged and coming back.

**Be in the Mix**:
You’ll be on the floor too—making lattes, ringing up goods, and chatting up regulars. You're not above any task—you _love_ being part of the action.

**Must-Haves**:

- 5+ year of managing a cafe or retail store
- Specialty coffee experience (Third Wave knowledge = big bonus)
- Leadership skills that inspire people to do their best work
- Strong sense of ownership—this place is as much yours as it is ours
- Comfortable using tech, POS systems (Shopify strongly preferred), and diving into data
- Passion for sustainability (or ready to learn fast)
