The **Marketing Manager** will be responsible for shaping and executing Avante Security’s marketing strategy, focusing on brand development, digital campaigns, and content creation. You will manage digital marketing platforms and projects to increase our brand’s online presence and drive engagement. This role combines creative strategy with data-driven decision-making, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Management**: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns that support brand awareness and positioning of Avante Security as an industry leader.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Engage with followers, track trends, and ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels.
- **Website Optimization**: Maintain website updates to improve user experience (UX), support SEO, and improve overall site performance.
- **Content Creation**: Design and produce marketing collateral (e.g., blog posts, videos, graphics, presentations) using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze key marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance, make data-driven decisions, and optimize future strategies.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, operations, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- **Campaign Management**: Coordinate marketing campaigns from concept through execution and provide post-campaign analysis.
- **Brand Guidelines**: Maintain consistency in all marketing materials, ensuring that all assets align with Avante’s brand guidelines.

**What You Bring**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years in digital marketing with a strong focus on brand management, content creation, and social media engagement.
- **Design**: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design software.
- **SEO & UX**: Solid understanding of SEO strategies, web analytics (Google Analytics), and UX best practices.
- **Creative & Analytical**: Strong ability to blend creative thinking with analytical skills to optimize campaigns and drive measurable results.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- **Project Management**: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
