**Company Brief Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and expand networks in Canada and China with companies, institutions, and individuals (“student recruitment agencies”) to recruit students for the company’s affiliated schools.
- Manage student recruitment agencies and maintain good relationships with them.
- Lead market research, learn trends in a timely manner, and gain keen insight into overseas study and education.
- Lead the marketing team and evaluate team members’ performances.
- Evaluate the marketing strategies, readjust and implement marketing strategies on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to organize, supervise, and implement advertising campaigns, social events, and other promotional activities.
- prepare and manage the marketing budget.
- Communicate, coordinate, and maintain good relationships with external marketing, advertisement, public relations, media, and design partners.
- Make every effort to enhance the brand's “SuOn” image, awareness, and recognition and promote student recruitment.

**Requirements**:

- At least five years of experience in marketing, advertisement, event campaigns, or related experience.
- At least college diploma.
- Familiar with various social media platforms favoured by Asian users, like WeChat, Douyin(TikTok), Xiaohongshu(Little Red Book).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, team player, and interactive ability.
- Good research and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to learn constantly and have an ongoing understanding of business, campaign, and marketing.
- Mandarin is an asset yet not mandatory.
- Frequent business trips to China may be required.
