Marketing Manager

This is a **full-time, in-person position** based at our office, offering the opportunity to collaborate closely with our team and contribute directly to our business success.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1.** **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, monitor performance, and make recommendations for on-page and off-page optimization.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics or similar to analyze and report on SEO effectiveness.
**2.** **SEM and PPC Campaign Management**:
- Plan and execute paid search (PPC) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads to generate leads and increase conversions.
- Continuously analyze and optimize ad performance by adjusting bids, refining targeting, and updating ad copy.
- Collaborate with external partners, if applicable, to align PPC strategies with broader marketing objectives.
**3.** **Content Development**:
- Coordinate a content calendar featuring blog posts, real estate insights, and marketing materials.
- Write or edit engaging content tailored to our target audience.
- Oversee freelance contributors or internal collaborators to ensure consistent content output.
**4.** **Social Media Management**:
- Create and execute a social media strategy to build engagement and brand awareness.
- Post and manage content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Respond to comments and messages to foster audience connections.
**5.** **Website Maintenance**:
- Update and maintain the company website, ensuring it reflects current listings and aligns with SEO best practices.
- Optimize landing pages to encourage lead generation.
**6.** **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:
- Use tools like Google Analytics and other platforms to monitor performance across campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing key insights and actionable recommendations.
**Qualifications**
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
**Experience**:
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, particularly with digital platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media best practices.
- Experience in the real estate industry is an asset but not required.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Ads, WordPress, and analytics platforms.
- Strong writing and editing abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality visuals and marketing materials.

Pay: $46,484.98-$100,564.30 per year
