Marketing Manager

Studio Munge, a leading boutique luxury interior design firm specializing in hospitality projects, is seeking an experienced and dynamic **Marketing Manager** to lead and execute marketing strategies. As a key leader within our studio, you will oversee the marketing department, provide strategic direction, and manage the development and execution of campaigns that elevate the firm’s profile. You will play a crucial role in shaping how our firm is perceived in the marketplace while working closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of high-level marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
- Set clear objectives, track progress, and provide regular performance feedback to ensure continuous growth and development.
- Work closely with senior leadership to define and execute the firm’s marketing strategy.
- Lead the development of marketing initiatives that align with business objectives, brand vision, and market positioning in the luxury interior design and hospitality sectors.
- Develop and refine the firm’s brand strategy to maintain a strong and consistent presence in the marketplace.
- Ensure that all marketing materials, campaigns, and communications reflect the brand's luxury positioning and unique design expertise.
- Oversee the creation of compelling, high-quality marketing content including case studies, project portfolios, social media posts, and other digital and print materials.
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand messaging and engages the firm’s target audiences.
- Take ownership of the firm’s online presence.
- Spearhead PR efforts by cultivating relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and journalists.
- Lead media outreach to secure high-profile editorial placements, interviews, and features in luxury design and hospitality publications.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

- Actively engage with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring that marketing initiatives are aligned with client needs and preferences.
- Lead the development of client-facing materials for presentations, pitches, proposals, and RFP responses, reinforcing the firm’s design capabilities and brand strength.
- Plan and execute exclusive events such as design showcases, product launches, and client dinners.
- Manage event logistics, promotion, and stakeholder engagement to maximize visibility and strengthen relationships within the hospitality design community.
- Market Analysis & Industry Trends:

- Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of emerging trends in the luxury interior design and hospitality industries.
- Use insights to guide marketing strategies and ensure the firm’s offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry needs.
- Analytics & Reporting:

- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and achieve measurable growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of marketing management experience, preferably in luxury, interior design, or hospitality, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in leading teams and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury market, particularly in interior design and hospitality.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team motivation skills.
- Creative with a track record of developing and executing innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Experience in PR and securing press placements in luxury design publications is a plus.
- Expertise in creating proposals and responding to RFPs is essential.
