**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Collecting, completing, organizing, updating and maintaining all records.
- Keeping updated records of important certificates and expiry/renewal dates.
- Maintain organized records of transactions and invoices.
- Creating, receiving and responding to communications.
- Picking up supplies and making deliveries when necessary.
- Keep accurate and current Health and Safety certificates, records and policies.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role is preferred.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience using Sage 50 Accounting (preferred)
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
