**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supervision of the opening and closing of repair orders and reviewing them for accuracy
- Providing training to assist Service Advisors to meet goals for productivity and customer satisfaction
- Managing warranty claims and ensuring compliance
- Working closely with the Management Team to ensure department goals and forecasts are being met and managed
- Managing department cash flow, expenses and receivables
- Ensuring a positive work atmosphere for all staff and a great experience for every customer
- Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met.
- Handling customer concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
- Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues.
- Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
- Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and sales representatives.
- Helping to train new employees in company procedures.
- Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company's adherence to these regulations and remaining current on the industry's standards and new innovations, materials, tools, and processes.

**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, motivated
- Experience with PBS is an asset
- Experience with Ford is an asset
- Trustworthy, reliable
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 5 years’ experience in an automotive dealership is required
- Problem solving/critical thinking skills

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
