**Responsibilities**

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to.
- Prepare delivery documentation, including the preparation of the loan documents, licensing paperwork and other legal forms required by provincial and federal regulatory bodies.
- Selling value added products including extended warranties and insurance products that meet the needs of our clients.
- Familiarize and remain up to date with product knowledge and monthly manufacturer programs.
- Maintaining proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
- Sets monthly goals, organizing and plan for how to reach those objectives.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2+ years of financial services experience (required).
- Special finance or subprime experience is preferred.
- Ability to read, understand and calculate banking figures such as discounts, interest rates, percentages, and commissions etc.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) considered an asset.
- Adaptable to all types of people and personalities while maintaining a presentable and professional appearance.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation & presentation skills.
- Outgoing & confident when engaging and meeting with new clients.
- Holds a valid driver’s license.

Our new Financial Services Manager will have competitive compensation plan based on commission sales. This position will also include full benefits after the first year of employment. Only applicants considered for an interview will be contacted.
