**COMPANY OVERVIEW**:
Poppy Finch is a sustainable fine jewellery company based in Vancouver with global distribution from luxury department stores to premium independent boutiques. We are a growing team looking to add a full-time wholesale account specialist to support your wholesale account management and maintain overall day to day functions of order and re-order management.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage UPC setup for all new products and ensure e-Catalogues are up to date with current style information and pricing.
- Ensure all products are ticketed according to customer requirements.
- Support the operations and planning team to ensure up-to-date order management and timely fulfillment of all orders.
- Maintain proper records of all transactions and assist in invoice preparation.
- Compile and maintain on order log and shipping information for all accounts and monitor for changes in distribution, deliveries and cancellations.
- Master product and brand information and assist in issuing return and repair authorization.
- Coordinate samples requests from photography studios, press and wholesale accounts.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 3+ years of proven wholesales experience, preferably in the fashion and luxury industries
- Experience working with EDI and UPC a plus
- Experience working with large national accounts a plus
- Experience in the jewelry industry a plus
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Outlook, Shopify, etc.
- Ability to prioritize, be proactive, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and resolve problems quickly in a fast growing start-up environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
