A Bronze Age is a Vancouver-based clothing and accessory brand rooted in sustainable production and thoughtful design. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Wholesale and Ops Specialist who loves people and is just as dedicated to the details as we are — someone excited to help us scale thoughtfully, while staying true to our values.

You’ll be the backbone of our wholesale operations and day-to-day studio flow. This role is perfect for someone who’s insanely organized, proactive, and able to take ownership without needing micromanagement. If you love ticking boxes, managing systems, and creating calm in the chaos—this is your dream job

**Experience Requirements: B2B, shipping logistics, wholesale and retail/fashion**. Must be confident in maintaining timelines, internal workflow, enjoy working with customers and collaborating with team members. Compensation will be based on experience.

**SUMMARY OF DUTIES**:

- Oversee and nurture relationships with existing wholesale clients, including regular check-ins, sending line sheets, and tracking payments, shipping, and delivery timelines
- Accurately generate and manage invoices, shipping documents, and tracking information
- Act as the main point of contact with our Sales Agency and organize seasonal sample sets for wholesale markets
- Oversee all aspects of major wholesale accounts (department stores, chains), including contracts, timelines, and compliance
- Coordinate all shipping logistics ensuring timelines are met and documentation is accurate
- Track and record wholesale sales and forecast future orders
- Stay aligned with company sales goals and contribute to achieving them
- Allocate and fulfill all wholesale orders with the support of studio coordinators and production team ensuring accuracy and timelines
- Help to coordinate studio work-flow: prioritize tasks for studio coordinators and production support based on deadlines and workload
- Meet weekly with the production team to stay on top of order deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring the space is organized, stocked, and running smoothly
- Helping founder implement and improve standard operating procedures for recurring studio tasks, logistics and daily troubleshooting
- Help to organize pop-ups, team-building events and holiday parties throughout the year

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
