**About the Role**:
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, detail-oriented accounting professional to take the first steps toward becoming a Dealership Controller. You'll begin by learning the day-to-date financial operations of a fast-paced dealershiop and will be trained and monitored directly by the the Dealer Principal and external accounting professionals. This is a **career-track position** with significant growth potential in terms of both responsibility and compensation.

**What You'll Do**:

- Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly accounting functions.
- Learn dealership-specific accounting systems (eg. PBS).
- Support month-end close and financial statement preparation.
- Help manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and inventory tracking.
- Work closely with department managers and gain exposure to all dealership operations.
- Contribute to internal controls and financial process improvements.
- Grow into full controller responsibilities over time.

**Who You Are**:

- A recent graduate or early-career accounting professional (1-3 years of dealership experience required).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficient with Excel and accounting software.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and very eager to learn.
- Motivated to take ownership and grow within an entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience in or exposure retail automotive is required.
