**About Us**

Germanstar Motors is a leader in the automotive industry, specializing in premium vehicle sales and services. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced **Controller** to oversee the financial operations across all business entities.

**Job Summary**

The **Controller** will play a critical role in managing the financial health of Germanstar Motors and its subsidiaries. This position requires a seasoned professional with a **CPA designation** and at least **7+ years of experience** in financial management. The Controller will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Financial Management & Reporting**:

- Oversee all financial operations for Germanstar Motors (and other entities)
- Prepare, analyze, and present consolidated financial statements for all entities.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

**Budgeting & Forecasting**:

- Develop and manage budgets across all companies, providing variance analysis and actionable insights.
- Lead financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making.

**Compliance & Internal Controls**:

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and integrity of financial data.

**Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and mentor accounting staff across all business entities.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to align financial strategies with business goals.

**Audit & Taxation**:

- Coordinate with external auditors and manage year-end audit processes.
- Oversee tax planning, compliance, and reporting for all entities.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
- Leverage technology to streamline accounting operations and reporting.

**Qualifications**
- **Education & Certification**:

- CPA designation is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of **7+ years of experience** in accounting or financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the automotive or transportation industry is a strong asset.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
