Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking an **Assistant Sales Manager **for our **Cam Clark Ford **location in **Olds, AB.**

- **You will be accountable for**:_
- Daily review of online leads, social media responses
- Working with the sales team to ensure accurate, exciting responses that drive appointments and sales.
- Get involved in customer interactions within the sales team. Meeting customers, understand objections with both new and used deals to ensure we capture all opportunities.
- Motivating and monitors the performance of the sales team.
- Be involved in appraisals, focusing on gaining a firm understanding of trends, vehicle values and market share.
- Desk used and new deals.
- Understanding and maintaining new and used inventory needs.
- Deploy a strong factory order process and work with the sales team to achieve.
- Assists individual salespeople in achieving aggressive yet realistic monthly goals providing them with the support to meet these goals.
- Assists with maintaining vehicle inventory. Monitors internet leads, lost sales, and dealership sales history.
- Establishes and enforces product-knowledge standards.
- Complete internal jet notes and give to corresponding departments, i.e., Detail and Service.
- Attends approved auctions and purchases vehicles, follows up and monitors earnings from auction purchases.
- Help to ensure we meet all our goals with our (KPI’S).
- Any other job duties as required.
- **To be successful, you must have**:_
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
- Valid AMVIC license
- Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
- Previous experience in a leadership role is an asset.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Olds, AB T4H 0C6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
