**Parts Sales Manager - Lead, Innovate, and Drive Growth**

As our **Parts Sales Manager**, you’ll be at the forefront of **driving aftermarket sales, optimizing inventory, and expanding our global reach**. You’ll work with teams across **ProAll and Terex worldwide** to develop innovative strategies that boost revenue and keep our customers coming back.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Sales Leader**:Experience managing a sales team or leading sales initiatives in a technical industry.
- **Customer-Focused**:Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- **Strategic Thinker**:Proven track record of developing and executing revenue-driving sales plans.
- **Strong Communicator**:Ability to clearly convey ideas, motivate a team, and engage with global partners.
- **Tech-Savvy**:Familiarity with parts sales, inventory management, and equipment servicing.
- **Data-Driven**:Skilled in sales tracking, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive growth.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Lead & Inspire**:Mentor and manage our Parts Sales Technicians and Warehouse 11 Shipping team, fostering a high-energy, results-driven culture.
- **Boost Sales**:Develop creative strategies to increase parts sales, upsell key products, and improve customer satisfaction.
- **Streamline & Optimize**:Improve order fulfillment, enhance sales processes, and maximize efficiency.
- **Think Globally**:Collaborate with Terex teams worldwide to align strategies and expand our global parts business.
- **Customer First**:Analyze customer needs, solve issues, and provide top-tier solutions to keep them running smoothly.
- **Stay Ahead of the Game**:Track industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to keep ProAll leading the pack.
