**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Manager in daily operations, including the company documemnt processing.
- Responsible for solar end products on lines sales, warhousing and delivery, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.
- Ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Manage sales activities, including setting targets and monitoring progress to achieve sales goals.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
- Ensure effective cashiering processes are followed for smooth transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to optimize product availability.
- Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Implement time management strategies to enhance productivity within the team.

**Requirements**:

- Canadian permanent residency or citizenship，live in Olds is better.
- Proven experience in onlines sales through company's website.
- Proficient in verious office software operations.
- Proficient websitebackkey management and production skills.
- Strong skills in supervising staff and managing sales activities.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for the solar final products onlines sales management and daily operations, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
