- Assist in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise and train team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage retail sales activities, including cash handling and ensuring accurate transactions.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process to build a strong team.
- Maintain organizational standards for inventory management and merchandising.
- Implement time management strategies to optimize staff schedules and productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on payroll processing and employee performance evaluations.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Proven skills in time management to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain store standards and inventory accuracy.
