**Job Overview**

- Supervise and train team members to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction..

- Supporting the general manager in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform cashiering duties, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organizational standards within the business, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
- Utilize POS systems effectively for inventory management and sales tracking.
- Ensuring staff records are up to date and complete.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong skills in labor, sales management are essential for success in this position.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required to foster positive customer interactions.
- Familiarity with cashiering processes and POS systems is advantageous.
- Organizational skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
