**360 Fitness is hiring for a hybrid position - personal trainer and admin assistant.**

**This would be 15-20/hrs a week of admin work with 15-20 hours of personal training around it. Together, would make a full time position.**

**Hours of admin would be 6am to 12pm M-F or 2pm-8pm. Personal training hours would revolve around that.**

360 Fitness is different than any gym or program out there. Our gym is centered around one thing and one thing only..our clients We are a private personal training studio and unlike a big box gym in everyway.

We work one on one with our clients to get you to your fitness and weight loss goals in the fastest, most efficient and most effective way possible. At 360 Fitness, there are no busy times, there is no waiting for equipment, our facility is completely private and comfortable for everyone.

Our team is very cohesive and we work as a team at all times. Our staff are extremely friendly, motivated and love coming to work everyday.

**Hiring wage** we would have 2 paygrades, admin hours and personal training hours. Effective rates would be $20-25/hr.

**Our admins are responsible for** greeting clients, tracking/taking payments, scheduling, and reception, assisting management, system management, light cleaning and making smoothies for clients after their workouts.

**Our trainers are responsible for **1on1 personal training and nutrition coaching with clients, program design, nutrition advise, fitness assessments and goal planning with clients.

**Education needed**:

- provincial or national level personal trainer certification or post secondary in related field
- CPR/AED an asset but can also be booked in once hired

**Skills needed**:

- strong reception skills
- personable attitude
- strong passion for health and fitness
- strong knowledge of word, excel, and similar type software
- enthusiastic and charismatic
- capable of working full time hours with flexibility
- strong fitness, biomechanics, anatomy and strengh training knowledge
