**We're Hiring for a Personal Trainer Supervisor Position**

360 Fitness is on the lookout for a high-end personal trainer who can bring a positive change in the lives of our clients and lead a part of our training team. We are a PRIVATE personal training studio located in Sherwood Park, and our focus is on providing life-changing results to our clients through customized exercise programs, nutrition plans, and lifestyle coaching. We are looking for the best of the best who can offer our clients an exceptional experience and help lead our evening team.

We have two shifts at our studio, 6am-2pm MF and 12pm-8pm MF. We are hiring the supervisor role for our evening team.

**Role Overview**:
As a Personal Trainer Supervisor, you'll lead our evening team of passionate trainers, guiding them to inspire, motivate, and support our clients. This role requires a unique combination of excellent personal training skills, educational background in fitness or a related field, and proven leadership abilities.

You'll be working with clients 1on1 as well.

Together with your personal training duties. you'll ensure our team delivers the highest quality of service, adhering to our values of integrity, excellence, and teamwork. We compensate you for both and ensure time is set aside for both key roles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be a great personal trainer to lead by example
- Oversee the evening personal training team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional training and client experience.
- Mentor and develop trainers, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Ensure adherence to training protocols and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to enhance service offerings and achieve business objectives.
- Participate in and contribute to community events and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Certified Personal Trainer with a minimum of 3 years' experience in personal training.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong foundation in nutrition and exercise for the everyday person.
- Commitment to continuous education and professional development.
