Office Admistrative Assistant

**Position summary**:
We are seeking energetic and hard-working permanent fulltime team member as an Office Administrative Assistant for our office located at 4-3000 Diefenbaker Drive, Saskatoon, SK. Hourly wage rate is $16.00 and schedule will be 40 hours of work per week.
As office administrative assistant perform a wide variety of tasks in their daily work, includes standard clerical duties such as answering incoming inquiries, managing appointment calendars and filing. In addition, an office administrator may need to purchase supplies, process incoming and outgoing mail, compose and send correspondence, oversee the maintenance and operation of office equipment, conduct sales transactions and work with premises security to ensure the safety of employees and clients.
**Office Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Manage reception area, greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to appropriate person for meeting
- Prepare, edit and proofread correspondence, forms, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material from machine dictation and handwritten copy
- Set up appointments, follow ups with May organize conferences.
- Arrange travel schedules and make reservations
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings
- May compile data, statistics and other information to support information material search activities
- May supervise and train office staff in procedures and in use of current software
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Maintain a working knowledge of software, programs, and services provided to clients.
- Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service
- Maintain files record while practicing company-wide file retention policies and ensurecompany’s policies and security requirements are met
- Assist in the implementation of new services, processes, and policies internally and externally
- Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
- Reconcile payments and receipts to various parties on time.
- Support all positions with the company and perform daily task and other office related duties as assigned.
**Skills and Abilities**:
1 year of Office Administrative Experience is required;
Excellent written & verbal communication Skills, Customer Service Skills, Technical Skills, Including Proficiency With Microsoft Office Programs; Strong Prioritization and Organization Skills;
Able to complete administrative tasks with mínimal supervision
**Salary**: $16.00 per hour
