**Installation Coordinator**
Our Service and Production Department is growing and we are looking to add to the team. We are looking for energetic, organized, and motivated individuals. If you enjoy meeting new people and working with a team to achieve common goals, this is the job for you.
**Requirements**:
*Experience in the Window & Door industry is an asset.
*Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service knowledge.
*Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, primarily excel and word.
**Familiar with both PC and Mac Office Suite.**
**Must be flexible and adaptable to a face paced environment**
**strong organizational skills**
**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
**Must be able to coordinating with suppliers on deliveries and pick up of products**
**Must be able to manage and organize multiple scheduling tasks. This includes working with installers and customers to book installations, to book delivery of products, or schedule client pick-ups.**
**Must be able to follow-up with manufacturers in a timely manner to accommodate orders and service requests for clients.**
- Must be efficient in data entry to keep track of orders, client requests, service requests, statuses of orders. Currently using EXCEL for most of these entries.
**Must be able to handle customer complaints and address accordingly when dealing with services. You will be reporting to a service manager and helping provide solutions.**
*Must be able to multi-task and help with some administrative duties
Training will be provided in all areas of the department.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
