As our **In House Leasing Administrator** for Koch Ford Lincoln, you will support Leasing customers and the Leasing Team. This position ensures the paperwork, delivery and other activities regarding the leasing of vehicles is accurate and complete.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting up new Lease Clients, including pulling credit bureaus and obtaining corporate searches
- Arrange for insurance and plating for clients
- Complete and finalize delivered lease paperwork, including matching smart vincents and invoicing with worksheets
- Issue PO’s for outside upfitters
- Prepare lease extensions and transfers along with preparing required documentation for Accounting
- Quoting lease buyouts and arranging for lease end paperwork and subsequent payments
- Arranging for trade evaluations and lease returns
- Lien searches and arranging payouts for lien holders
- Adding, extending, and removing liens with registries and provincial bodies
- Finalize cash and retail contracts generated from the Leasing Manager
- Tracking and collecting outstanding lease payments
- Preparing and sending monthly invoices for Lessee’s not on PAP
- Preparing and sending lease end letters monthly
- Releasing liens and sending out Letters of Release
- Providing current clients with information on their leases as requested
- Maintaining a detailed vehicle list for clients with multiple vehicles
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Dealership experience is an asset, 2 years experience in a comparable role
- Outgoing, career minded personality with an expertise in developing strong relationships
- Experience working in a deadline driven environment, ability to meet tight timelines through the month
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with changing priorities and constant deadlines
- Detail oriented, organized, efficient and able to manage a large amount of detailed documents
- Excellent ability to track customer service issues and follow up
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) knowledge is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,360.00-$40,000.00 per year
