**Requirements**:
English, French preferred
College degree in accounting or equivalent
Technically versed in using Microsoft Office, Sage 50 or Quick Books
3 to 5 years experience working in an office environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Enter the company financial information into a general ledger using software specific to the accounting and financial industry.
- With the aid of computer software, update records and cash flow.
- Tracks income and expenses.
- Post transactions; prepares reports.
- Good communication and listening abilities to identify client needs, brainstorm solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and analytical problem-solver who can independently troubleshoot accounting issues and find solutions.
- Solutions-driven mindset and contributes to a dynamic work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cornwall, ON K0C 1P0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeepping: 3 years (required)

**Language**:
