**Key Responsibilities of the Office Administrator**

**Administrative Duties**
- Greet clients
- Maintaining office common areas
- Monitoring and ordering of all office equipment and supplies
- Assist in setting up files for new clients
- Fax, photocopy and scan documents as required
- Call Canada Revenue Agency, agencies and clients on an as-needed basis
- Perform receipt categorization using software (Dext)
- Correspond in a professional manner with both clients and staff
- Develop a thorough understanding of internal programs and processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes

**Tax Duties**
- Assembly of personal tax returns including cross-checking information from T-slips, receipts and other attachments (TaxCycle)
- Maintain tax client files and documents in an organized manner
- Process payments via our point-of-sale (Square)

**Bookkeeping Duties**
- Assist as-needed in various bookkeeping administrative tasks when required

**About You**
- Completion of related post-secondary education is an asset
- Experience with bookkeeping is an asset
- Two (2) to four (4) years of related administrative experience
- Comfortable speaking with clients
- Proactive and forward-thinking
- Strong computer literacy and grammar skills including effective working skills of Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google (Gmail, Google Sheets) products
- Comfortable in a technological environment
- Attention to detail and strong ability to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, hardworking, and proactive
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills and an ability to provide high levels of customer service
- Be willing to travel in the SD&G area on an as-needed basis for errands and other tasks
