General Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and update HR documents.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Manage general administrative tasks such as office organization, supplies inventory, and document management.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Coordinate company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Assist in processing payroll-related documentation and employee timesheets.
- Support compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Assist with event planning, including quarterly events, company gatherings.
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and itineraries of executives.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulations in Quebec is preferred.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Previous experience in an executive support or administrative role is an asset
