As our digital footprint grows, we’re looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused Co-op Student to join our IT team.

**A.** **Purpose and Scope**

**B.** **Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot issues related to workstations, printers, network connectivity, Office 365, Teams, and internal systems
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT team members with proper documentation
- Set up new user accounts, configure workstations, and support onboarding tasks
- Create and maintain asset inventory and update documentation as needed
- Support security and compliance checks (e.g., password policies, updates)
- Participate in technology onboarding, upgrades, and rollout initiatives
- (Bonus) Assist with maintaining Power Apps solutions, building Power BI dashboard and Microsoft 365 development tasks if you have experience or interest
- (Bonus) Help test, document, or build low-code solutions for internal process improvements

**C.** **Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary co-op program in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or a related field
- Strong interest in IT service, end-user support, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking, and mobile devices
- Organized and dependable, with strong attention to detail
- (Bonus) Experience or coursework in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- (Bonus) Interest in low-code/no-code development or process automation
