Position: Stakeholder Relations Coordinator

Salary Range: $45,400-$53,360

We are currently seeking a Stakeholder Relations Coordinator for any of our offices located in Sault Ste. Marie, Sudbury, Timmins, Dryden, North Bay, Hamilton, Peterborough Ottawa or Toronto.

**Duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following**:

- Support OAHS’s mission and vision and make significant contributions to the achievement of OAHS’ corporate Strategic Plan
- Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate internal and external corporate meetings including but not limited to:

- Internal - OAHS Board of Directors, OAHS Audit Committee, OAHS Senior Executive Circle (SEC) and OAHS Leaders’ Circle.
- External - Government partners at all levels; OAHS Director Member Organizations; Indigenous service delivery agencies; community partners; and Urban Indigenous communities.
- Coordinate internally to prepare and distribute agendas and information packages for meetings in timely manner.
- Attend and actively participate on external and inter-departmental meetings and committees at the request of Director of Policy, CEO &/or designate.
- Track and maintain a current organizational stakeholder contact list, committees list, and relationships and partnership agreements;
- Prepare formal correspondence to external stakeholders and regularly communicate with stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Track and maintain record of external correspondence to stakeholders.
- Upon request, assist with coordination of travel, hotel arrangements, and meeting logistics for OAHS leadership team or group bookings;
- Actively participate in the planning and implementation of corporate events, gatherings, or conferences;
- Liaison with staff and stakeholders on behalf of CEO, as required/ requested.
- Confidence and high proficiency with all Microsoft Office Suite programs including cloud-based Microsoft software and a variety of online portals.
- Record, transcribe, and distribute stakeholder meeting minutes, identifying key action items.
- Prepare general forms, letters, reports, presentations, and memos, as required.
- Organize and maintain corporate office filing and coordinate disposal of files in compliance with applicable record-keeping requirements.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems for the CEO and office administration; ensuring efficient systems maintained and current.
- Access internal data, input data, and update databases as required.
- Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
- Support OAHS CEO and Policy team with various government and committee meeting preparations such as: schedule meetings with partners, creation of Information package, briefing notes and logistic.
- Support OAHS Policy Director to schedule, facilitate, and host Housing Policy Analyst Team meetings with OAHS’ Director Member Organizations.
- Support OAHS Policy Team to achieve Housing Policy Analyst Team workplan goals and action items.
- Support and lead Policy projects that ensure strengthened stakeholder relations including, but not limited to: the development of stakeholder relations resources and tools; elections awareness campaigns; and stakeholder presentations.
- Encourage and maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment.
