vbs apparel provides teams, clubs, and businesses across Canada with high-quality uniforms and custom apparel. We’re looking for a Business Development Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our growing business development department.
**About the Role**
The Business Development Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and organizational support to the Business Development team. This role helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing communications, coordinating meetings, maintaining client records, and assisting with proposals and reports. The role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to support the growth initiatives of the business.
**What You’ll Do**
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Keep client and prospect information organized and up to date in our contact and tracking systems.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, reports, and other business development materials.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely follow-ups with clients and prospects.
- Support in tracking leads, opportunities, and pipeline activities.
- Conduct light research on industry trends, prospects, and competitors to support business development efforts.
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and other administrative documents related to the department.
- Assist in planning and coordinating business development events, client meetings, or trade shows.
- Provide general office and clerical support to ensure efficiency within the department.
- Other duties as assigned
**What We’re Looking For**
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience (experience in sales/business development support is an asset).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
- Strong sense of professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability.

Pay: $36,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
