Our client based in the Waterloo Region is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their dynamic team.

The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of a professional office and ensuring the office runs smoothly. This includes implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures, ensuring that the office is consistently organized and runs efficiently while supporting the team.
- _This position is Part-time, 20 hours per week, with flexible hours Monday to Friday working in the office._

**_Key Responsibilities include:_**
- Implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures
- Managing and overseeing the reception area
- Greeting and directing visitors and clients
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Responsible for making bank deposits as required
- Following up on unpaid invoices, preparation for monthly tax filings
- Managing relationships with vendors and service providers
- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment
- Planning and coordinating events and meetings as requested
- Maintaining and updating databases, records, contact lists, and filing systems
- Reviewing and scanning documents as requested
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements

**_What you bring:_**
- 8+ years of experience as an Office Administrator or Administrative Assistant
- Strong knowledge of office administration systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and Sharepoint
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and problem solving skills
- Previous experience in a legal setting would be an asset
