Are you a self-starter and detail-oriented individual with an aptitude for exceptional organizational and administrative skills?

We are currently hiring for an Office Administrator who displays excellent office management capabilities. This position is a full-time, one-year Maternity Leave contract with the possibility for continued employment at the contract's end.

CCW Inc. is a North American industry leader for custom architectural millwork, casework and interior finishes and we are always looking for dynamic individuals to join our growing team.

We provide high-quality millwork and interior finishes for retail, commercial, restaurant, hospitality, industrial and multi-unit residential projects.

**Duties and responsibilities**:
The Office Administrator position reports to the Controller and supports the Business Experience Manager.

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

- Coordinating administrative functions of the company to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Tracking and monitoring employee attendance
- Processing timesheets in company ERP system
- Processing bi-weekly payroll
- Supporting our Health & Safety program and initiatives
- Processing vacation requests and monitoring annual vacation allotment
- Administering benefits, enrolling new employees, and calculating benefits premiums
- Organizing and managing employee HR files
- Assisting in the company’s ongoing recruiting and onboarding efforts
- Preparing prospective employee contracts using templates
- Supporting employee annual performance reviews
- Managing data entry of employee information in a confidential environment
- Greeting visitors warmly at our front reception
- Other daily administrative tasks as required

**Skills Required**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or relevant role
- Human Resources certification/experience considered an asset
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to set and meet or exceed deadlines, schedules, and goals
- Works effectively in a team environment with people from various disciplines to achieve goals and identify and resolve problems
- Manages confidential information in a discreet, appropriate, and professional manner
- Familiarity with office management procedures, record keeping, payroll, and data collection considered assets
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, power point and Outlook
- Strong critical thinking skills

**Working conditions**:
The Office Administrator is an office position, with working hours from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00 am - 4:00 pm on Fridays. At times, this position may be required to enter the shop to consult with the Production Manager and shop employees.
