Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance, liaising with service providers as needed.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures, promoting a professional and productive workplace culture.
- Maintain open dialogue with Strategic Executives regarding office-related procedures and procurement decisions.
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Oversee the end-to-end process for Office Operations procurement requests.
- Negotiate and administer contracts related to the supply of goods and services.
- Maintain strong relationships and clear communication with key vendors.
Budget & Financial Oversight
- Manage the Office Operations budget, including monitoring expenditures and analyzing variances.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring the highest quality of office-related goods and services.
Event & Team Management
- Support company events through procurement and event management activities.
- Supervise the Office Operations team, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience in office management, administration, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong supervisory skills, with experience in developing, mentoring, and delegating tasks to a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Proven experience in supply management.
- Experience managing office budgets and vendor contracts is an asset.
