Simultaneously manage multiple projects from order acceptance to project close. Represent our business interests on the job site ensuring a positive customer experience and seamless, high‑quality installation. Ensure site measurements are accurate and identify/manage the scope of projects. Organize and submit orders with the designer. Understand the scope of work on site and know all project details. Stay in close touch with onsite personnel, including the general contractor and subtrades. Manage submittals to factory and schedule punch‑list items. Understand local code requirements, including construction, millwork, power and networks. Ensure DIRTT solutions are installed to our specifications and quality standards. YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING Your project management background allows you to problem‑solve, meet client demands and be adaptable. You are detail‑oriented and highly organized. Project Management Certification or PMP is an asset but not required. A working knowledge of construction projects and interior construction is needed. Strong product and technical knowledge—including applicable building codes, correct product application, custom applications and pricing, price estimating and solicitation, electricity and cabling—will contribute to success. Strong understanding of relationship management, project management and solid administrative skills are key. These are complex sales requiring management of competing priorities, multiple stakeholders and varying deliverables. Experience in a similarly complex construction environment is crucial.
