Our Baristas and Cafe Leaders are committed to providing great coffee and customer service to our customers everyday. As a Hale crew member you will help bring our mission and vision to life everyday. You will be working with great coffee and awesome people You will learn a lot about specialty coffee and experience our best-in-class training program.

We are looking for a Barista with an energetic personality, strong-communication and customer service skills who can prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, prepare baked goods, and maintain customer relations.

The Hale Coffee Barista responsibilities include:
1. Educating customers on our drinks menu
2. Preparing drinks and baked goods
3. Making recommendations based on their preferences
4. Cleaning of cafe space
5. Up-selling special items
6. Handling a POS system
7. Informing customers on the different types of coffee

Having coffee/baking experience is a plus but not mandatory. If you don't have experience, don't worry More than anything, we are looking for people that are passionate and curious about coffee, with the excitement and willingness to explore many the many different avenues of coffee.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
