Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality Yemeni coffee, espresso, and various specialty beverages to customers precisely and consistently.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of coffee brewing methods, equipment usage, and flavour profiles to enhance the overall coffee experience for our customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and providing recommendations based on preferences and tastes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment maintenance, ensuring a hygienic and visually appealing environment for customers and colleagues.
- Handle cash transactions, accurately process payments, and maintain a well-organized cash register.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the coffee shop.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a related role within a coffee shop environment is required.
- Strong knowledge and passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn and expand your expertise.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality coffee and beverages to customers.
