We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant. In this position, you will provide crucial support to our team, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of daily operations during our peak season. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, take messages, and /or locate staff and Members as required
- Assist with the coordination of special events
- Control office supply inventory, order for club departments, and track expenditures
- Responsible for processing invoice, coding and database management
- Receive incoming mail, faxes, courier packages and deliveries and distribute to appropriate staff
- Attend weekly club staff meetings, record and distribute minutes of the meeting
- Maintain administrative petty cash, reconcile and submit requests for replenishment on an as needed basis
- Deliver daily bank deposits to the bank
- Process new Member packages, order bag tag plates as required
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Previous Experience in an administrative role would be an asset
- Proven ability to produce clear, articulate oral and written communication
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
