**Key Responsibilities**
- Assemble products and sub-assemblies accurately, following established specifications and procedures
- Inspect assembled items to ensure they meet quality and performance standards
- Construct wooden crates using appropriate tools, materials, and methods to safely package products
- Install, mount, fasten, and adjust components, wiring, and harnesses using hand and power tools
- Label, organize, and prepare packages for easy identification and shipment
- Move raw materials and finished products between designated inventory zones
- Package and prepare custom orders and palletized shipments according to project requirements
- Achieve daily production targets and complete assigned tasks within set timelines
- Identify and report any issues with products, tools, or equipment to the supervisor promptly
- Participate in 5S and other housekeeping activities to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Support inventory accuracy by conducting cycle counts as directed
- Perform additional tasks and duties as required to support overall operations

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, construction, or warehouse environment preferred
- Proficient with hand and power tools, including drills, screwdrivers, nail guns, and other assembly tools
- Strong manual dexterity and coordination for handling small parts, fastening components, and performing wiring tasks
- Experience with wooden crate assembly or general carpentry is a strong asset
- Physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs regularly and performing physical tasks while standing or moving for extended periods
- Efficient and focused when performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
- Highly organized with the ability to follow detailed instructions, work independently, and meet production timelines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear coordination with team members and supervisors
- Team-oriented mindset, with a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to help where needed
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced production environment

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
