**Working Title**: Production Operator

**PRIMARY FUNCTION**

Operate Blending & Mixer machinery to prepare powder as per contract work-orders. Follow company requirements and work in a team environment to ensure safety and efficiency of production lines. Responsible for sanitation, set-up, and operation of all blending & mixer equipment. Follows all GMPs, SOPs and company policies and regulations.

**JOB DUTIES AND TASKS**

1. Operate Blender/Mixer

2. Package capsules/tablets
- Dismantle, clean, sanitize and assemble manufacturing equipment according to established SOPs to ensure GMP compliance and meet department changeover targets in support of department and productivity goals
- Safely operate all required equipment and machinery including those used to manufacture, store, clean and transport production related assets
- Conduct in-process testing required in the manufacturing of products
- Effectively process batches within specifications to meet department batch execution targets
- Complete master batch records and associated production documentation accurately and timely
- Ensure the proper selection, care and use of tools, parts and equipment while performing all job-related duties

3. Perform other related duties
- Perform all duties according to the SOPs, GMPs and all other established safety standards and company policies
- Correctly complete all documentation as per SOPs, GDP and GMP requirements, i.e., observations, test results, batch record information, etc.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCEED**
- Minimum two (2) year of manufacturing experience within Food/Pharmaceutical Industry
- Minimum secondary school diploma or recognized equivalent
- Ability to lift 25 kgs. on a regular basis
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment and Respiratory Protection responsibly
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with colleagues
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Pass a criminal record check

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.00 per hour
