Property Management Representative

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Oversee all aspects of leasing program management, including client acquisition, portfolio growth, property marketing and advertising, and the coordination and execution of property showings and viewings.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle lease signings and renewals; coordinate and conduct tenant move-ins.
- Assist with social media marketing and online property listings to attract new tenants.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the leasing program.
- Maintain accurate and organized records for all properties, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Perform data entry related to tenant information, lease agreements, and maintenance records.
**Experience**
- Registered as a Property Management Representative with the Manitoba Securities Commission, or completion of the _Principles of Property Management_ course administered by the Manitoba Real Estate Association.
- Previous experience in property management leasing is required.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in data entry and file management.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with both tenants and property owners.
- Strong negotiation skills while maintaining professional relationships.
- Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to manage appointments, listings, and lead follow-ups online.
- Self-motivated and eager to grow within a commission-based structure.
- Basic working knowledge of social media platforms for promotional purposes.
