**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance requests, and lease agreements.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the leasing process, including marketing available units, conducting showings, and negotiating lease terms.
- Maintain accurate records of property activities, including data entry into management systems such as Yardi or CMMS.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of properties.
- Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics for management review.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance tenant retention and improve overall property value.

**Skills**
- Proficient in office administration and customer service practices.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi or CMMS is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate lease agreements and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and vendors.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales experience is a plus for promoting available properties effectively.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- correspondence with Board of Directors
- sourcing quotes
- managing on-site managers and other staff
- collecting A/R
- writing letters
- approving budgets
- approving payables
